Current work

Still alive, with my both hands deep in illustration... I'm currently working on some greeting cards, and working a bit more on my children's illustration portfolio. Some character designs are coming soon!

Laters...

It's just something i did playing around with an online application, and added colours afterwards. My head will be buried in 3D tutorials, my animated short and my work from now on, so I might not be able to post illustrations often.... but i will try. :)

Prize Dinosaur

A prize for JPCespedes for finding all the mice in Where's Kitty? - April!

Where's Kitty? - April

It's Spring cleaning time for Leisure Cat and there's a lot to tidy up!
This one took the longest so far. The first person to find out the right amount of mice in this picture wins a trip to Hawaii! Well, maybe not... But i could draw a little illustration for you for the effort i suppose :)
Also for those who are especially interested, there are 2 things in this picture in common with a very old illustration of mine and my badges! Let's see if you can spot them :)

Enjoy!

Brewing...

No, I haven't given up illustrating! And even though still in Turkey, I'm not on a break anymore, I'm working on some rotoscopes for a website, which takes a lot of time. But I've been regularly sketching in the meantime and ideas are brewing, so once this job ends (which is very soon), I will be back with new illustrations. First of all, Leisure Cat's coming back! But I think I won't draw the months in order anymore, I have other plans for it now.
Also, as a very important update, I've finally started working on the story of my film with Rowan Gray, and it's coming out real good at the moment. I'm very excited and in a very strong animating mood!!

Coloured doodles - Faces

Just some face studies, on a little break from work.
With a vintage texture from Cloaks

Illusian

My website is finally finished except for some minor technical problems, and we're working on it. But the website is out and running pretty smoothly, and my showreel 2010 is now on there too. When i return to UK i'll make another version, since most of my footage's left there, but this will have to do for now.

Currently i'm working on little rotoscope animations for a website, which takes most of my time. So until it's finished it seems i won't be able to finish any illustration for the time being... But keep watching and have a look at my website in the meantime!
